Drive client value from the Retailer Services proposition for own allocated clients by developing and implementing client plans that fully supports the client(s) own objectives
Utilize all Nielsen core processes and tools to provide proactive and integrated analysis to clients including all Nielsen services as appropriate with diagnoses of issues, recommendations for action and related advice
Achieve sales targets by proactively seeking new business, negotiating and retaining business profitably and closing sales effectively
Develop relationships with own clients to ensure continued cooperation as appropriate, being mindful of costs and/or method of data delivery. Coordinate with Operations personnel to facilitate any contracted epos data agreements as required. etc.
Contribute to the enhancement of relationships with major clients by participating as a team member as required; facilitating continued cooperation and using all relevant electronic tools to ensure that client reports and deliverables meet clients specifications
Contribute to knowledge management by sharing information about own clients and their marketing positioning
Contribute to achievement of the client satisfaction target with assigned clients
Conduct all business activities in accordance with centrally created Retailer Services Policies, processes and tools.
1-3 years Client Service/ commercial/ retailing experience
Basic understanding of Retailer industry and trends with an awareness of FMCG, FMDG and wider business industry trends
Client focus coupled with strong analytical mind
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels
Resilient, determined and perseverant despite setbacks and obstacles
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in high performance team
High level of energy and results orientated
