Estimation Engineer

Candidate should have experience in estimation/tendering; quantity survey
Candidate should be having civil engineering degree
Skills
Strong communication, (written and verbal), together with high level negotiation and
analytical skills are fundamental. A sound working knowledge of Project Management principles
