Electrical Engineer (for Africa)

Position : site & office engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop projects from concept to completion
2. Maintain control of project expenditures to avoid cost overruns
3. Supervision of contractors and vendors to maintain control of project schedules and costs
4. Conducts field investigations and prepares reports for problems or issues
5. Mentor and evaluate electrical engineering staff and design team
6. Works with project managers to assure work meets business needs, applicable codes and standards of quality
7. Design & shop Drawings
8. Load Calculation
9. Selection of Cables
10. Voltage drop calculations
11. Low Current systems such as: CCTV, Fire detection, Telephone/Data network
Skills
1. Strong leadership and analytical skills
2. Effective communication and organizational skills
3. Good interpersonal and people management skills
4. Mastery of engineering skills
5. Low voltage experience
