Key responsibilities include:

-Manage and direct the web design team
-Develop client relations
-Initiate and stimulate creative ideas for and from everyone involved in the creative process
-Ultimately responsible for the quality of the final creative work
-Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
-Ensure that creative elements meet or exceed the company’s creative standards
-Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables
-Distribute and assign the tasks to the team.

Skills

- A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process is required
- Will never run out of creative ideas
-Solid understanding of practical benefits and limitations of internet technologies.
-Previous work experience essential with at least 5 years experience in designing.
-Deep experience and practical expertise in both User Interface and Web design programs.
-Ability to present strategy, concepts to clients in a convincing manner
- Good motivator
-Excellent skills using Photoshop and other Graphic Design Softwares.
-Excellent skills using Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash and other Web Design Softwares/Editors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
-Aptitude for quick creative thinking within demanding deadlines
- Administration skills.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Advertising industry.
- Minimum 3 years experience in KSA
- Global ad agency experience is a must
- Local or Global ad award is a plus
- Portfolio along with the CV is mandatory
- Good written and verbal communication skill is required
