Country Sales Manager
We are currently seeking Country Sales Managers for the GCC region, The Country Manager is in charge of the business activities in one specific country, S/he will serve as the custodian of the products offering in the country under his/her control and is responsible for ensuring that all activities in relation to sales and business development issues are consistent with the brand image and proven methodologies. The Country Manager is responsible for everything pertaining to that country, including, sales, distribution, Marketing, budgets etc.; Overall, s/he must be a person who has more than a financial interest and understands what makes a company with a brand to grow.
1. No less than 2 years of practical retail and distribution sales experience in the GCC Markets.
2. Familiarity with the market situation, Retail Channel, distribution channels, competitors.
3. Experience in Developing quarterly and yearly sales strategies.
4. Convincing personality, natural authority.
5. Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and a prevailing attitude.
6. UAE Driving License is a MUST.
7. English communication Skill (Oral & Written) is a MUST, Arabic is an extra advantage.
8. IT Background with familiarity with computer and consumer electronics products and technology.
