Cost Accountant

Reports to Finance Manager
Supervises 1 staff

1. Creates & reviews data accumaltion system for cost accounting
2. Evaluates and enhances inventory management systems
3. Coordinates inventory cycles and counts
4. Updates the standard costs of products
5. Prepares product margin anaylsis
6. Reports on actaul cost versue standard costs and anaylzes variance
7.Reportson actual manufuacturing cost compared to budgets and analyzes variance.
8. Periodically reviews vendor purchses order for price competitvenses and that purchaisng policy is respected.
9. Works closely with Invetory Controller to maintain minimum level of stocks.
10. Maintains accurate software input and managemnt to obtain the most accurate reporting.
11. Conducts and performs tasks as assigned by the finance Manager

Skills

Candidate should be holder of BA/BS in commerce, accounting, business adminitration.

Should be also holder of either CMA or ACMA.

Should have minium of 3 years experience in manufucaturing industry

Capable of working with multi departments

Has excellent analytical and copmuter skills.
