Corporate Planning Analyst
Manpower Middle East

Our client, a large Dubai-based multinational manufacturer of air-conditioning products is seeking a Corporate Planning Analyst. You will be reporting directly to the Corporate Planning Manager This will be based in Dubai and will be driving the budgeting process and result follow-up of the company. You will prepare management reporting and ad-hoc analyses. You will critically think along with the company and initiate and support decisions. Furthermore, you will be involved in various development projects (process improvements, profitability measurement tools or strategic) that are inherent to a fast growing company. Department Corporate Planning department supports top-management decision making for the Middle East and Africa region. It also has dotted-line reporting towards EMEA headquarters Corporate Planning team. The department is primarily responsible for the coordination, reviews, and control of the yearly budget of the company. Corporate Planning safeguards and manages profitability, via budget variances analysis, periodic reporting to top-management and by proposing countermeasure actions. The department is also responsible for the development and implementation of corporate governance (e.g. J-SOx), as well as promoting and leading process improvements in cooperation with other departments. Finally, Corporate Planning supports top-management in the evaluation and or implementation of strategic expansion projects in the region.

Skills

Your profile You hold minimum a BA degree in Management, Finance or related area. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Controlling, Accounting, Auditing in a multinational environment. Corporate Finance or Strategic Planning experience is a plus. You have strong analytical skills, you excel in handling facts and figures, and have the ability to communicate complex issues in a synthetic and structured way You are a team player and are able to communicate in a professional way with management and staff throughout the company. You are international minded and like multicultural environment You can speak and write fluently English, other languages are a plus.
