Set Up the Cook’s Station
Maintain Kitchen Equipment, utensils and tools
Thaw Frozen Food and packages
Clean and Prepare Fish and Shellfish (Hot, Cold)
Store and Inventory Supplies at the end of the Shift
Clean, Restock, and Close the Work Station
Uphold all hygiene and sanitary regulations and be clean and presentable always
Report to duty punctually wearing a clean and correct uniform and safety shoes
Ensure that all equipment in the kitchen is clean and in good working condition
Adhere to food safety standards as outlined by executive chef
Ensure maximum prevention of Food contamination or exposure to danger zones
Sweeps and mops floors, Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils
Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers
Sorts bottles, and breaks disposable ones in designated cans and containers
Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand
Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or give them to stewarding
Transfer supplies and equipment between store and work areas by hand or by Trolley
Transfer ordered requisition Ingredients and Supplies
Load or unload trucks picking up or delivering kitchen supplies and food
Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds vegetables and fruits using knife or peeling machine
Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from buffet, work stations, stove, and refrigerator
Stores foods in designated areas utilizing food safety standards
Be aware of Fire fighting & evacuation procedures
Adhere to ACCOR & hotel policy & procedures

Good communication skills
