Contract Manager
ACE Project Management
A leading Project Management Company is looking for qualified personnel for Project Management and Quality Positions in MENA for Mega Projects.
- Prepare full contractual documents.
- Ensure that the contractual documents comply with the client’s requirements.
- Coordinate the negotiation of all contracts.
- Interprets contract provisions to help resolve claims and questions submitted by contractors.
- Process and obtain approval of contract changes.
- Conduct meetings with contractors concerning contractual problems as requested by Construction Project Manager.
Skills
-Minimum of 15 years experience in contract formation and administration on specialized projects (railway, hospitals, residential, commercial buildings)
- Excellent Communication skills & excellent English Language are required.
