Construction Manager

Maintains and updates Supervision Resource Schedule for information and planning purposes.
Oversees and provide support on construction logistics management.
Ensures company procedures and statutory authority documents are in place for site takeover at the beginning of construction projects.
Validates all site correspondences and ensures to re-direct the responses within contractual timeframes.
Ensures all Quality Assurance procedures are carried out.
Visits sites on a regular basis & supports the Resident Engineers in resolving site/Client issues.
Assists & supports the Construction Director to develop staff budgets, schedules & financial assessments on proposals.
Oversees billing and collection of all supervision fees.
Prepare and maintain all necessary construction documentation, assuring a consistent, legally sufficient, time & cost effective construction management process.
Revise and improve documents to conform to changes in legal requirement and practices.
Participate in site meetings, negotiate claims and proposed change orders and associated costs, resolve field and contractual differences between contractors, and process scheduled progress payments.

Skills

8-10 years of experience.
Diversified experience in Construction environments and Consulting Offices.
Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Engineering.
