Cabin Appearance Agent - Level 1

The postholder is responsible for the aircraft interior cleanliness and ensures the interior cleanliness meets the company standards. The Cabin Appearance Agent monitors the aircraft
and cleaning team assigned to him or her .They will provide inputs to the Cabin appearance agent Level 2 and constantly strive to achieve the highest exemplary standards set by the unit head.

Skills

To be successful in this role the right candidate must be able to demonstrate:

Hotel Management Diploma Holder or Similar Technical or High school background with relevant subjects
Able to communicate clearly in English Language, Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi will be an advantage.
Trained thoroughly in Fundamentals of cleanliness standard.
Good industry exposure and updated with the relevant industry guidelines and recent developments
Must be computer literate and able to generate simple reports and graphs in excel for review from time to time.
Experienced in Hygienic practices and application throughout the interior cleaning processes.
Recognized matriculation or equivalent certificate/ Technical knowledge diploma specializing in Housekeeping.
Must have 3 to 5 years experience as housekeeper/room attendant with at least 3 years experience in a 5 star Hotel.
In depth knowledge of Housekeeping fundamentals, cleaning tools and chemicals relative to this area of employment.
