Role Summary

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is the restaurant’s primary point of contact responsible to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies focusing on catering services, social media, and development of future growth plan.

Skills

Major Responsibilities
• Develop Business plans, growth and profitability targets
• Develop and expand business through targeting new corporate clients for catering services, locations / markets
• Develop marketing, advertising and sales strategies; this is in addition to developing a pricing structure in coordination with Management
• Research market, competitor’s policies, products, prices and provide market studies for potential business opportunities
• Develop Standards for future franchising
• Enhance Systems operations strategies and trainings

Job Requirements:
• 5 + years in banqueting and catering
• Multi-Unit experience in the hotel industry is preferred
• Bilingual (Arabic + English) is preferred
• Post-Secondary Education is require
• Key account management is considered an asset
