Business Services Office (B.S.O)
1. Provides leadership to employees and develops strong, successful image in community.
2. Supervises all operations to insure compliance with Company policies and procedures
3. Including personnel, inventory, financial and sales/ marketing.
4. Ensures maximum profits by reviewing all sales and monthly income statements to reduce unnecessary operating costs and increase profits.
5. Develops and implements marketing strategies for new business opportunities and other programs to achieve established goals.
6. Ensures compliance of security, safety, and recordkeeping procedures and practices.
7. Promotes a positive Company image by promptly addressing Clients complaints and maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly facility.
8. Develops a thoroughly trained and motivated staff.
9. Participates in industry related organizations.
10. Excellent Interpersonal skills for collaboration and teamwork
11. Candidate must possess strong industry, client, and partner ecosystem relationships.
12. Understanding and expertise with Process Control, Automation, and Information technologies applicable to the Oil & Gas sector.
