On behalf of a global diversified manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products we are seeking a Bilingual Sales Coordinator for their Dammam office.

You will be responsible for assisting in many areas of this diversified role with experience of providing excellent operational sales coordination, customer service and office management duties

•Managing all internal administration and daily office requirements.
•Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; office supplies, petty cash, designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
•Assisting the team with sales coordination
•Managing all client records and database information
•Management reporting and regular liaison with multi-site locations
•Dealing with client queries and communications on a regular basis
•Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement..
•Act as a primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails when a Sales Team member is out of the office.Support the sales team's administrative needs to facilitate quality customer interaction.

Skills

Applicants will have 5 years’ experience in sales coordination and customer service.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong computer skills to include MS Office (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook) are essential.
Native Arabic and English language skills are essential for this role.
