Assistant Marketing Supervisor

Reports daily/weekly/monthly products sales, opportunities for growth and the items with the best and worst selling performance.
Manage in-store/outdoor marketing tools, proposing promotions techniques, campaigns and discounts as necessary to move merchandise quickly and efficiently
Design pharmacy planograms and apply category merchandising techniques to maximize sales and profitability
Follow up with suppliers to maximize effort in providing marketing tools necessary for market growth.
Conduct annual/bi-annual training event programs for all company employees
Skills
2 years previous experience in marketing, preferably in retail sector
Possess strong analytical and computer skills, especially with spreadsheet software.
Team-oriented worker with excellent interpersonal skills and a keen awareness of the customer and brand profile of the business for whom they are buying.
Fluent in both English and Arabic
Attentive to detail and able to work under pressure
Able to travel frequently
Education
BA in business administration, marketing, pharmacy, sciences or assistant pharamcy is preferred
