Assistant Buyer

This role is well suited for an individual who is looking for an entry level opportunity into a buying team.
- you will ensure timely delivery of products at retail warehouses, create new Purchase Orders and items in warehouse system and place weekly Purchase Orders to suppliers.
- You will assist the Buyer to choose and maintain up to date product range, coordinate and maintain efficient performance of land transport, container and air bridge movements.
- Effectively communicate with various suppliers relating to prices, rebates and credit notes.
- In addition we are after an individual who is genuinely passionate about fashion.

Skills

- We need an individual who highly organized a strong communicator and who is comfortable in using MS office products.
- You will have excellent planning and organizing and communication skills and be a team player.
