 3. Produce designs for more complex buildings and projects in accordance with a brief or specification.

 Provides clear and accurate interpretation to contractors on all technical aspects.


 Performs the technical evaluation of tenders and prepares a report according to the evaluation carried out

 Reviews all post contact technical documents (includes material specification, shop drawing. etc), material certificates and test reports to ensure compliance.

 Supervises installation, material inspections, testing and commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical equipment on site during manufacturing and after the completion of work.

 Attends project meetings with various departments, consultants and contractors to discuss the progress of the project.

 Attends commissioning of the equipment and reviews the contractors and consultant's progress payment certificate.
