Arabic Executive Secretary - Female

Job Responsibilities:
•Provide secretarial and all round support to the Functional Heads.
•Prepares and translate a wide range of management reports, presentation, legal documents/contracts and executive correspondence in English/Arabic/English.
•Perform administrative duties including document control, filing, handling calls, emails and fax, etc.
•Handles a wide range of highly profiled and confidential information requiring a dedicated level of confidentiality at all times.

Skills
•Excellent in written and spoken Arabic and English with ability to handle business correspondence independently.
•Good translation and typing skills - English/Arabic/English.
•Meticulous, highly-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to meet deadlines with good time management.
•Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Experience
•Minimum of strong 5 years in similar position.
•Experience in translating and typing wide range of reports and other correspondence - English/Arabic/English.
