Talented, enthusiastic and motivated web journalists are required as a leading sports website expands into Arabic.
Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, key tasks will include reporting on local sports stories, covering regional events, uploading articles and pictures to the website's content management system, translating stories from our English-language team and maintaining our Facebook and Twitter pages.
Skills
A successful applicant will be a native Arabic speaker, and will possess:
- strong portfolio of published stories in Arabic
- competency in English
- knowledge of web content management systems
- understanding of SEO
- track record of finding and reporting on local stories
- a clear passion for sport, particularly local and regional sport
