Human Resource Manager
Alireza Holding Co.

HR manager performs human resources management works relating to hiring, recruitment, training, compensation, promotion, termination, career development, or retirement. HR manager also develops, updates, and maintains personnel policies, policy manuals and employee handbook as required.

Responsibilities
1. Before he starts working he must conduct a survey on the company, meet the managers and introduce himself. After that he needs to arrange a proper plan that includes short-term goals and long terms goals and objectives.
2. Weekly meetings and reports need to be submitted to the GM. (Reports must include what were the goals that were accomplished from the department and what are the next for the future that needs to be done).
3. HR Manager has to review with the GM all the HR policies set from the previous Manager, fix and adjust whatever needs to be done.
4. The HR Manager needs to work on conducting training for all the Managers and explain the policies set and the rules made from the company; and after that make sure that the application of the system is working properly.
5. The HR Manager needs to lead the HR Department and build it from scratch. All should be done within time frames and within the budget set from Top Management.

• Expert Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
• A self-starter with a high degree of initiative.
• Experienced in all aspects of recruitment.
• Well-developed coaching and leadership skills, both on a formal and informal basis.
• Creative, forward thinker.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience, a mix of business and human resource management experience an asset.
