Key Role:
Conduct contract negotiation and contracts administration from the proposal to close-out phase. Review RFPs, develop proposal strategies, and identify and mitigate risk issues. Analyze and examine estimates of service, material, equipment, production cost, performance requirements, and delivery schedules. Issue contract and financial program documents that structure the contractual terms to the company business strategy. Review bids from other firms for conformity to contract requirements and determine acceptable bids. Identify and mitigate risk issues and initiate internal documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications. Monitor company performance on routine contractual obligations and originate all company correspondence of contractual significance. This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Skills

Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with contract management
-Experience with administering contracts from proposal to close out
-Experience with RFP reviews, pricing, and proposal strategies
-Experience with writing and negotiating master terms
-Experience with FCPA
-Experience with public and private sector contracts, including domestic and international
-Ability to demonstrate oral and written fluency in Arabic
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of export control
-Knowledge of MENA culture and business practices
-Ability to work independently
