Our client is a leading and well respected Pharmaceutical name. They have a strong and developing reputation in the Middle East and are currently expanding their Dubai operations.
We are now looking for an experienced, professional and flexible Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant for one of the GMs of the company in Dubai.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To provide administration support for the GM
• Reacting to urgent requests and helping support the GM in every way
• First point of contact for departments in order to deliver administrative services, which facilitate the smooth running of the day to day operations
• Follows the approved Administration policies, processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and other members of the administration team to increase efficiency
• Responsible for the systematic, organized filing and storage of documents so there is easy and quick retrieval when needed for reference
Skills
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years experience in a PA/ EA/ Office Administration position
• Experience working within GM/ CEO, President or Director level offices essential
• Must be able to react excellently under pressure
• Female applicants only
• All nationalities
• Excellent time management skills and not phased by urgent tasks
• Experience within Pharma/ FMCG very welcome but not essential
