Our client is a leading and well respected Pharmaceutical name. They have a strong and developing reputation in the Middle East and are currently expanding their Dubai operations.

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team based in Dubai, UAE.


OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

Formulation of HR Policies, recruitment, Maintenance of HR records and HR Administration, Hiring and retention of employees, Training & Inductions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing employee supervision and evaluations
• Creating & maintain personal files for staff
• Record keeping of employee personal benefits such as remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance etc.
• Monitoring training and re-training employees
• Screening resumes and applications
• Participate in the hiring, monitoring, and firing of staff
• Providing mediation services for employees
• Managing office health, safety and mental health and well-being issues
• Handling conflict & disciplinary situations
• Working with finance department in processing attendance and payroll for employees

Skills

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Prior experience in HR within a well respected organisation
• At least 3 years experience in HR
• Middle East experience preferred
• Experience within Pharma/ FMCG companies very welcome but not essential
